How can I balance my adventure and work while I’m on holiday?

I am on a holiday! What lovely weather it is right now. There is so much nature here it’s amazing. It is really important to me to be organized. With so many places to explore like castles, tours, museums, beaches etc… I like to keep my daily planner nearby. I look at it every morning and make sure to take the most important actions for my freedom business after my daily ritual in the morning. This is a priority so that I am able to create content for my freedom business and so that I can have time to go on adventures after I complete my freedom business tasks.  I am able to go on vacations when I choose to. I prefer to live in one place where I feel cozy and at home.

Choosing your adventure

This blog post is in response to Natalie’s 10 Day Freedom Plan Blog Challenge Day 8

Today I went shopping at the mall! I bought a shirt at victoria’s secret pink store. This is something that I have been wanting to do. I have many more adventures that I want to do. Adventures to me are activities that you enjoy doing and are interested in doing. I like to keep a bucket list on all of the adventures that I am interested in doing. I know that theres a lot of time for me to do these adventures. These adventures can be part of my new lifestyle by adding a weekly adventure to my daily planner.

Beating procrastination and overwhelm

This blog post is in response to Natalie’s 10 Day Freedom Plan Blog Challenge Day 7

I choose to meditate daily as a ritual that calms my soul. Meditation can help me release resistance and become a positive thinker. I feel more energized and calm after 30 days of meditating. When beginning to meditate it is important to start with 10-15 minutes day and then as time goes by you can start to meditate for 25-30 minutes a day. Meditating for atlas 15 minutes a day can help you feel like this is something that you can do daily and it doesn’t take too much time at all. This can help keep you motivated to meditate everyday.

In the life I envision I am a calm and peaceful person, so meditation is very important to my spiritual life. As I have learned, it is all about enjoying the journey, there is no destination. Having more time in your life to do what fulfills your soul is enjoying the journey. This is why having a freedom business that is aligned with what you enjoy is also really important.

I am getting into the habit of blogging so I can also write 200+ words daily. This can help improve my writing skills and write content for my blog. Reading a book that can help me is also a good idea. I feel confident and good about the content I write after 30 days of daily wiriting. Then new content is always going to be published on my blog which is very important to having a freedom business that I enjoy.

I can also journal everyday for energetic release. There are so many types of journals that you can keep and there are no rules just have fun and write. You can keep a gratitude journal, meditation journal, dream journal, expression journal to write how you feel for energetic release (you can write anxieties and rip them and put the paper in water, this is a good way to let go), manifestation journal to write everything you want to accomplish in your life or what you wish to accomplish that day. Asking questions and answering them in your journal can help give you new ideas of what to write about.

I recommend keeping a daily planner that can help you keep yourself organized. This is going to help you be clear on what your most important daily actions for your personal and business life are. When you are clear on what these actions are for each day, take action!

Finding your tribe

This blog post is in response to Natalie’s 10 Day Freedom Plan Blog Challenge Day 6

I have already found two people who’s living the life I would like to live. They are Amanda and Natalie.

Amanda gets to talk, see and hear spirits and spirit guides daily. She also helps others strengthen their psychic gifts, overcome their fears, and build freedom businesses for amazing lives. She enjoys speaking about the paranormal and spirits and I am also interested in this topic.

Q: What do you enjoy most about being able to hear messages from the spirit realm?

Natalie believes in prioritizing freedom as a lifestyle and wants to give the gift of freedom to everyone. Being able to enjoy your life while being abundant and doing what fulfills your soul by getting clear on your mission can lead you to a life that you honestly enjoy. Being honest with yourself by creating a perfect day and painted picture while having a lot of free time with a freedom business that supports your lifestyle can help you have an amazing journey.

Q: What did you enjoy most in your journey to a freedom lifestyle?

I have joined Facebook groups and am in a membership that support what I want to do in my life. I also take courses that I find valuable and I attend couching calls to help me strengthen my intuitive abilities. I am surrounded by those who support me and help me to succeed.

Setting yourself up for success

This blog post is in response to Natalie’s 10 Day Freedom Plan Blog Challenge Day 5

What is my daily success plan?

I write in my daily planner every night so that I am clear on what the three most important actions are for that day.

After my morning ritual it takes me 2-3 hours to do three of these most important actions every day:

Monday

  1. Check my blog and email
  2. Write content for products or blog posts
  3. Answer client q&a’s

Tuesday

  1. Check membership site
  2. Reply to comments on social media
  3. Video content

Wednesday

  1. Webinars
  2. Podcasts
  3. Copywriter for product page content

etc…

I complete my most important actions for the day by making them a priority.

This can get me closer to my dreams because there is always going to be content being produced.

Unlocking your superpowers

This blog post is in response to Natalie’s 10 Day Freedom Plan Blog Challenge Day 4

What are my superpowers? What do i enjoy doing? What am I good at or can practice to become good at?

As I have learned, practice is what makes a strength in the first place. Without practice, it wouldn’t be a strength. Without motivation, inspiration and enjoyment of doing it there isn’t going to be practice.

This is very challenging for me to think about. I have asked the question and thought of a few things. Thinking about my childhood and what I enjoyed doing was a challenge. I feel like I can meditate and it can take some time for me to answer these questions.

I did go online and search list of skills, hobbies and values and did choose a few that I felt good about.

Like i said, a few things did pop into my mind. I did make a list and can keep adding to it.

I always wanted to give advice and help others. This helps me to feel good and like I am making a difference in their life. I also am interested and was always interested in the paranormal. It just feels mysterious and kind of exciting at the same time. You can say I was sensitive as a child. I did hear spirits and had a spirit friend as a child (even though I don’t remember having a spirit friend) I also have been learning about soul senses and intuition and have been strengthening them.

I also think simplifying things and making them easy is something that sounds interesting.

I also remember wanting to be a writer at one point in my life. If you have a blog you are a publisher! So it is important to practice writing and read books to strengthen this skill.

I really want to do something that I honestly enjoy in my freedom business so that is why I have been really thinking about what fulfills my soul and asking questions.

Discovering what you enjoy doing is really a journey of discovery that has no timeline.
